Katie brings more than fifteen years of experience in law, finance, and education policy in the public and private sectors. She has served as a nonprofit executive director, chief financial officer, and general counsel. Currently, she serves as Partner and General Counsel at Education Resources Strategies, a national nonprofit organization headquartered in Greater Boston. No longer accepting new clients, she provides ad hoc legal consultation to the firm.

Ms. Roy is an alumna of Vassar College and Connecticut College. She received her juris doctor and certificate in tax studies, magna cum laude, from the University of Connecticut School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
