Currently, we are accepting new clients that are tax-exempt entities formed in either Connecticut or Massachusetts, and that have (or plan to have) operations in Connecticut or Massachusetts. We also tend to only accept clients that have at least one paid, full-time staff member and an annual operating budget of at least $500,000.

• Brief description of the organization’s mission, core programming, and projected annual budget.
• Whether you have secured commitment for start-up funding.
• Whether the organization will be 100% volunteer-operated or have paid staff.
• The state in which you plan to incorporate and operate the organization.
• Whether it will be affiliated with any other entity (either for-profit or nonprofit).
